I'm Catie, I'm almost 16 (April), I have one
little brother, McKenzie, and my mom and dad, Melanie and Scott. I
go to CNS high school...and I play on the school team, i also play
for the Junior PGA in the summer. |

and why do you continue to play? |

At first I hated golf and my dad made me play
on my school team, then the next year he told me that I could
either go out for track or golf I picked golf, after that
year...well I love it |

A: |
The most enjoyable is playing with all
different people and just having fun, plus I'm a very competitive
person so I love that part of it! |

I carry new Titleist irons, and a new
cobra driver, my favorite club would have to be my 7 iron |

memorable golf round? |

A: |
My best round of golf would have to have been
one of the PGA tournaments this summer in Chittenango because I
beat one of my best friends (Megan) who I always play against, I
was so happy because she always beats me by 1 or 2 strokes, it
felt good to beat her by about 10 strokes. |

I usually play at Northern Pines in Cicero, but
I like playing Battle Island and Marietta Golf & CC in Atlanta |

Tiger Woods and Scott Verplank are my favorite male
golfers, and Julie Inkster is my favorite female golfer |

I also play lots of softball, and I swim in our
pool a lot, waterskiing, snow skiing, shopping, and I love M.A.C
make-up and anything sparkley. |

golf lesson? |

A: |
I don't remember when it was, but in one lesson
I just had a "break through", everything that we'd been practicing
just clicked, and I started hitting everything perfectly. I feel
like my swing is a real golfers swing now compared to when I first
started. |

Why do you take lessons from Linda? |
| |
A: |
I love working with Linda, I think it helps to
be taught by a woman because we just understand each other, she's
really helped me. Good communication is so important with your
coach. I can't wait to get out there in the spring and see how I'm
doing. |
