Shoulder Flexibility -- Strengthen Your Swing!

Shoulders are put to the test in golf.  Flexibility of the shoulders allows uninhibited arm movements for the take away and follow-through, produces a more powerful golf swing, and minimizes the potential for injury.  Incorporate this stretch into your exercise routine.  Be sure to switch arms, too.
